why i do what i do

My Mission

I help women break free from the patterns, suffering and pressure that have kept them stuck for far too long. I support women who have been strong for everyone else, who carry the weight of old wounds and emotional overload, and who are finally ready to reclaim their lives.

I believe that every woman has the capacity to heal, to rise and to return to herself. I also believe that the seemingly impossible is possible — because I’ve lived it. My calling is to help you turn your darkest nights into your greatest gifts.

My Story

I was born into trauma — though I didn’t know it until I was 40.

By age five, I wanted to die. I had already developed a belief that something was horribly wrong with me, that I shouldn’t exist. So I became the perfect girl. The achiever. The one who smiled while falling apart inside, believing that if I could just do enough, I might finally be worthy of love.

It didn’t work. So I turned the pain inward. Further self loathing. Eating disorders. Workaholism. Slowly losing myself.

At 16, I found what felt like rescue. My high school sweetheart became my anchor. We were together for 24 years. But like our fathers before us, he became an alcoholic, and I became a codependent enabler.

On the outside, I was succeeding — career, family, holding everything together. Inside, I was crumbling and didn’t even know it.

The Turning Point

My body began to fail. A rare tumor. Mini strokes. Multiple surgeries. Autoimmune diseases, including one of the worst cases of celiac disease my doctor had seen. Chronic pain so severe I could barely move.

Through it all, I fought. Not just for my life but for the chance to be the mother my children deserved.

My daughter’s birth cracked something open. My son’s birth, after hospitalization and months of bed rest fighting for his life, deepened it. I found my North Star. And, I found God.

But the journey wasn’t over. My husband’s alcoholism escalated and the abuse worsened. From strength I didn’t yet know I had, I made the hardest choice of my life.

I left. We lost everything — our house, our cars, our stability. But I gained something I hadn’t had in decades: a chance to finally wake up and to heal. To break cycles of dysfunction in myself and for my family.

The Transformation

I dove deep. Therapy. Al-Anon. Energy healing. Somatic practices. Spiritual mentorship. I invested thousands of hours and dollars into my own transformation — not just to survive, but to thrive.

And I did.

Today, I can say with truth: I love myself. I am proud of myself.

I’ve transformed from:

And, I’m still on the journey. Just like you.

Today, I walk beside women who are ready for their own transformation. I guide with tenderness and honesty because I understand the courage and strength it takes to step into a new way of being.

My Approach & Methods

I hold space with tenderness, meeting you exactly where you are and honoring your pace.

This work asks for your honesty, your willingness to feel and your commitment to showing up even when it’s uncomfortable. I will walk with you into the places that have been waiting patiently and persistently to be healed. And together, we will transform what’s been keeping you stuck.

My work weaves together:

As a compassionate and powerful warrior, I help you integrate the most challenging aspects of life into a place of wholeness – bringing shadow to the light.

How This Work Supports You

I combine many modalities with empowerment and trauma-informed coaching to bring you empathy, safety and strength. This is how you transform in ways you haven’t been able to before.

This approach supports you on every level — physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and energetic. It helps you understand your patterns, soften emotional pain, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inherent wisdom and strength.

You receive guidance, tools and practices that nurture all of you. Together, we create space for real change — and a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful and whole.

I believe we are all lanterns of light, called to shine as brightly as possible. I’m deeply honored to walk with you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

A Dedication

To the hard lessons and the abusers in my life: thank you. Without you, I wouldn’t be who I am today. You woke me up. You mirrored what I needed to see. You called me to levels of forgiveness I didn’t know I could reach. You were worthy opponents on my journey to the light. May you find your way there too.

Just for Fun
